The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. The rooms and the hotel overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. The toilet has a bidet installed. The hotel is conveniently accessed via public transportation and just a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

The location is very special，between with Interlaken and Brienz. Surprising, the landscape out of window is full of blue lake I like the simple method of check in and check out. Breakfast is also decilous!

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to walk from Interlaken OST. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a 100m radius. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but well maintained and clean with plenty of amenities. There is a launderette within the hotel which was extremely useful.

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. The staff is really kind and ready for helping. The location in my opinion was perfect, very quiet neighborhood but less than 5’ from the Interlaken West station and restaurants. The facilities was also really nice, there is a common area where I could enjoy my free time and even work a little bit. There is also a refrigerator which is very useful and coffee machine. The room was very clean and pretty new, the view of the mountains was priceless. If I didn’t have my next hotel booked in Lauterbrunnen I would totally stay there for the next couple of days.
