The friendly and accomodating staff are a major selling point for this hostel. Can't thank them enough for helping me out in a sticky situation. The communal areas are also great. Breakfast, though simple, offers quality products. Beds are comfortable, and the hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are coming by bike, there is a dedicated storage room for keeping your bike safe.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I prepared my breakfast at in my kitchen. The location was central with public transport right outside the hotel.

Breakfast each morning was fresh, with a wide variety of choices. Although the hotel is a bit outside the city center, free bus passes and discounts to Basel attractions made exploring easy and enjoyable.
