Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

The owner is a potter and many of the finishes were hand made- our coffee mugs, lamp bases, splash back tiles. The unit was well equipped with a small induction cooktop and a toaster oven for basic cooking, although we preferred to eat out.
