Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

This charming, family-run boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Bulgaria’s popular Bansko ski resort. Individually decorated rooms have cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Cosy place, friendly people but very thin walls! 😅

Apart Hotel Saint George Palace Bansko is an elegant 4-star apartments complex at the foothills of the Pirin Mountains, on the border with Pirin National Park, one of the UNESCO sites in Bulgaria. The room was very warm and you can adjust the temperature. Amazing view. The pool area is beautiful.

This charming Boutique Hotel Uniqato benefits from a quiet and central location close to the ski area of Bansko and just 100 metres from the ski lift. We got a free upgrade for a bigger room, personal was very proactive and engaged to help whereever they could. Bed was very comfortable - it was a pleasure to sleep. Clean sauna - very nice, not much space but felt exciting
