Set on 65 acres, 2 hours' drive from Melbourne city, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island offers a restaurant, a swimming pool with a spa pool, a fitness centre and 2 tennis courts. The villa was bright, clean, comfortable. It was just a few minutes walk to the leisure centre which has an indoor pool for swimming lenghts. There's also a hot tub and a large outdoor pool and another pool to sit in which is smaller, and is heated, and you can turn on the bubbles/jacuzzi whenever you want. Staff were lovely and friendly, and helpful, which I think is absolutely essential for any resort. TV in the sitting room had access to free TV/free movies. They provide tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper/washing up liquid. There is a clothes washing machine and dryer and have quick cycles, which is great. It was quiet/well-built. As long as you have a car, it's handy to get around to see the Penguins and Koala Park and the local town. The layout of the villas is a little confusing though.

Just 1.5 km from Phillip Island Bridge, Silverwater Resort features accommodation with a balcony or terrace offering panoramic views over San Remo and the Bass coast. The rooms, facilities, environment and location are all good for traveling to Phillip Island

The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Surprisingly clean and well equipped for a small space. Toilets looked like it was just renovated. We had a comfortable sleep.
