The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We loved this excellent hotel! It has a dream-like location with mountain views and is close to very nice hiking trails. The room was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great hotel with a nice spa area. Even though we only had breakfast and dinner included, they also invited to have lunch free of charge! The food quality is simply amazing!

Just a 2-minute walk from Oberammergau Train Station, this family-run hotel features a pretty garden terrace, a breakfast room and free on-site parking. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was simple but clean snd comfortable.
