I have previously stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by their services, their kindness and how client-oriented they are, but this time they surprised me in a big way. When we arrived, my mother had the hangers with the coats and I took the luggage out of the car, and when we entered the hotel, a very kind woman from the reception jumped out and took the hangers from my mother and another coleague of hers took my bags. They remembered our names and as we checked in, they were all smiles.. then they told us they have a surprise for us and we are receiving an upgrade from our Deluxe Double Room (I recommend to take it with a view). We were very impressed until we arrived in the room which was the Maisonette Suite ! OMG ! WOW ! The suite was so beautiful but the view was mind blowing.. I even told my mother that she put the world at my feet and I put Vienna at her feet :D They really surprised us in such a special way since I was having a difficult period in my life. Everything was wow, mindblower, extraordinary. I also recommend the breakfast at the Brasserie&Bakery, they are so client oriented and kind, and smiling and the food is wow.. I recommend Egg Benedict and fried bacon :) So if you want the best that Vienna has to offer, and a home away from home, this is the right hotel ! Oo, and I forgot to mention that all over the hotel and in the rooms, there are always fresh flowers..

Super convenient location very close to train, shops, cafes and restaurants, and also the river for nice walks. Having access to the sauna free of charge was also a plus, as was the free 24h tea, coffee, and water.

O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna is located opposite the world famous Vienna State Opera, just off the ring road to the gate to the city of Vienna. Most major sights and shopping streets can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The hotel was extremely quiet clean good size rooms and the beds, bellows and the toilet were super excellent reception staff - specially Majdaleen- were friendly and helpful Location is the best in Vienna

Modern interiors are combined with exquisite designs and a warm colour scheme. Staff was very helpful! Location is excellent - short walk to the trains and the City Center. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. AC was good

The spacious and modern rooms and suites of Hotel Das Tigra are air-conditioned and feature satellite TV, a minibar, safe, and a bathroom. A fantastic hotel! -The location is great, right next to lots of sights, not more than 20min walk. -The room was very clean and comfortable. -The staff were super nice and helpful when needed. -The breakfast was great, with lots of different foods and all with great quality. Overall I would definitely go back there if traveling to Vienna. Also they have all sorts of gifts for the kids, which is very thoughtful.
