Bad Gastein
Hotel Lindenhof is located in the upper part of Bad Gastein, opposite the Stubnerkogel cable car and the slopes. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the nursery slopes, the ski slopes, the Felsentherme thermal spa and the train station. There is a bus stop 60 metres away, where the free ski bus to Bad Hofgastein and Sportgastein also stops. Gastein Golf Course is 3 km away. The beautiful hotel is in an exquisite location at the top of Bad Gastein. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed as a solo traveler. They also had a place to store my bike. The hosts are very friendly and recommended a place for dinner. The breakfast was one of the best I had on my Alpe-Adria bike ride. I hope to come back and spend more time in this beautiful place! Bad Gastein
The newly opened Hotel Das Regina is a trendy boutique hotel in the centre of Bad Gastein, only a 2-minute walk away from the city centre and the waterfall.
Das Regina offers individually designed rooms with traditional, retro-style bathrooms. Most rooms have a balcony or a terrace and offer panoramic views of the nearby mountains.
Every single stuff team member has been extremely nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel itself shows many historic and ancient items. Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering a wide variety of bread and a fantastic coffee. As it was heavily raining in the evening we spent the evening in the hotel bar/lobby, which I rarely do in other cases. To be honest, the bar in Regina hotel ist one of the most cosiest places in Gastein. Make sure to spent some time there.

The location, the beautiful houses, the spaciousness, the beds, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the showers, the kitchen,… the house is strongly designed, safe for small children and very very practical. Very nice hotel with an amazing infinity pool on the roof of one of the buildings. From there the view on the mountains was amazing. At the pool nice drinks and sushi was served. The wellness ares was great. Perfect location in the middle of Schladming and next to the ski liftst (nearest is only 250 m!). The hotel has recently been renovated and is therfore very nicely designed and trendy. The rooms are well finished as well. The staff is very friendly. The food (a la carte dinner and breakfast) is the best in whole Schladming.

It was a fantastic relaxing and sporty holiday. Great location – quiet place with stunning views on the valley, just in front of the trails and slopes and close to the village center. Enjoying sauna and whirlpool in the private garden felt like heaven. The chalet has a great design and high-quality equipment. We will definitely come back.
