We stayed for 3 nights in a beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony over the lake is breathtaking. The owners are very kind and nice, rich and varied breakfast, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Mark also gave us loads of help and advice in planning our trips and hikes in the area. The BnB is a really pretty, traditional house in a stunning, quiet village. The room was really comfortable and homely, and very clean. We really appreciated that the hosts made an effort to make sure we had plenty of vegan things to eat for the breakfast (since we are vegan). Overall, we loved the friendly and laid back vibe of the BnB.

Located in a quiet bay right at the shore of Lake Wolfgang, the 4-star superior Cortisen is the first boutique hotel in the Salzkammergut region. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. This hotel is excellent, the location, the way it is set up, the vibe, the breakfast, the lake, the indoor pool, the employees and the owner, everything was exceptional, I highly recommend it

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. I loved that the room was a good size and that there were chairs that we could sit on to relax. It also was in an excellent location and great having the balconies to sit on.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. Room was beautiful with an amazing view It is close to everything but just off the main square so you don’t get the noise
