The room was very comfortable with stunning mountain view. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast was quite good and it was arranged in the living room, from where one can see the Hallstatt lake and surrounding mountains. Coffee, tea, hot water, some drinks were always available in living room. The bedroom and the living room were very nicely decorated and give you the warmth of home. Mark and Jane both are really exceptional hosts and they can suggest you a lot of things. We arrived quite late to Obertraun and had some food (already cold). Mark took the initiative to warm that in his personal kitchen. Also, on the very last day, we left our luggage for a few hours before coming back to pick them. I would love to come back again to this place.

I loved everything about this place. First of all, the hotel itself was so beautiful, it's located in the green area, beautiful green trees, lake, ducks, pool and activities: table tennis, badminton. We loved walking in the area. It was charming! Breakfast was perfect! Truly! Staff was amazing - very attentive and kind! Especially Marina was so kind. We felt at home. We promised to come back soon and we'll definitely book this hotel again.
