The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. Hotel facility and room are lovely, very cool and stylish decoration, friendly staffs always willing to help, breakfast with extra cost but worth the price! They also have dedicated parking space at the back of the hotel which is with sufficient space and safe.

A serendipitous find and a gem of a 600 year old historic hotel in the heart of Old Town Salzburg. The Mozart Suite ( apparently Mozart stayed there!) ,we stayed in was definitely OTT complete with even a billiards table in the centre of the room, a four poster bed and a "throne", but oh so fun. The hotel is run by owner Brigitte Steixner and she oversees the daily operations of the hotel. The hospitality she exhibited was above and beyond the call of duty-incredible personalized service. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the service staff were friendly and cheery. The evenings seemed to have a different vibrant energy with the restaurant serving as a pub- - with a younger local crowd. Loved everything about the hotel.

Bathroom is set up so that the shower, toilet, and sinks are separate, which is nice so that each can be accessed when the other is in use. Comfortable beds, welcoming to our four legged friends. Breakfast is delicious, with some items being able to be ordered fresh, like eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The presence of the bar and restaurant is nice, even though we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the restaurant. Just really beautiful and nice in every way.

The hotel is wonderful and luxurious, with a view of a magical lake, a high-quality pool, and an excellent spa. We stayed there while it was snowing, and the white landscape with the lake and snow-covered mountains was breathtaking.
