Era she was amazing, professional, smiling and solved my minor issues she also granted me late check out. Thank you Era the hotel should be proud of you. The breakfast was delicious better than a 5 stars hotel. The room was large with a large bathroom. The center is only 5 minutes away on foot there are many restaurants and cafes close by. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We would miss breakfast one day because of an early tour and the staff organized a little breakfast bag with croissants for us which was lovely.
