We stayed with my family of 4 for a week , we had a great time and everything went exactly as we were hoping for , the staff were super friendly , professional and helpful , especially Mr.Ahmed at the reception and Mr.bahador at the concierge but overall all the staff were so helpful if we needed anything . The level of cleanliness of the rooms were excellent and our rooms and beds were so comfortable , would highly recommend this hotel , the pool and the beach are perfect too .

The hotel and all the staff were really great and very friendly! I would definitely come back on a next trip to Dubai. Good value for money. Our room was huge with a great view! Also the bed was absolutely amazing! We were half board and I must admit that the dinner was very good! Special thanks to a Restaurant Manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who brought dinner to our room with 0 extra charge as we had returned very late from the desert. The hotel needs a good renovation in some parts (mainly the interior decoration), but I know they are working on it. Thank you for everything H! ps: Roni was amazing at cleaning our room!

This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a special gift – pajamas, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M. Saber, the duty manager, and Mr. Rauf for their exceptional cooperation and attentiveness. We truly appreciate their efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return in May.
