Additionally, they gifted us some lovely amenities, including a luxurious lip balm—these small gestures truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. They helped us book appointments at the spa, which turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing experience. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with incredible Italian cuisine at the Italian restaurant and Lebanese dishes at the Michelin awarded restaurant that we can’t stop raving about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a fabulous selection that catered to every craving. Our bellboy was more than accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the gym and the lounge room were immaculate and well-equipped, adding to the fantastic experience. Conrad Etihad Towers has truly set a new standard in hospitality, and it deserves more than 10 stars for the impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable.
