My recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. Mrs. Miriam exemplified professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine willingness to assist with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every aspect of my visit was taken care of seamlessly. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hospitality of the entire staff at Conrad Etihad Towers was exemplary. Every interaction was met with a smile, and the level of service was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. the hotel is amazing. from the check-in through the rooms, beach and restaurant, everything was great. thanks to all desk employees for always helping with answers, especially to Julie while having a great checkout experience. The staff is really friendly and always have a smile on their face when they see guests. there is a great energy between the guests, hotel facilities and staff. everything is calm. the beach is great and the pool was perfect warm in april the food was excellent . we had breakfast and dinner but you can switch dinner to lunch or pay for each lunch extra and enjoy the various and healthy buffet, just amazing, the drinks like water, coffee and juices are included in the buffet (In the hotel is no serving of alcohol, which was great for us) we had a room with balcony with an amazing few ( to the emirates palace and the president house, also side sea view). Infront of the hotel is a cafe , tennis court, a small supermarket and lots of taxis to discover Abu Dhabi. We rented a car To visit 'Dubai for 1 day which was very convenient to pick it up at the hotel and bring it back to the hotel Overall we enjoyed our stay with our kids (5,10) very much and would like to come back the hotel is about 30 minutes taxi drive from the airport away and a short fly from Europe :-) thank you

This entire hotel is dripping with luxury and quality service. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive. We were waited on for everything. Couldn't lift a finger to do something for yourself if you tried. The fact that this is a private hotel and only guests can use the grounds and facilities makes it incredibly exclusive and quiet. We stayed in the deluxe garden view room and it was excellent. The amenities in the room are superb. There's an ipad in the room from which you can do everything like look at the restaurants, make a booking at the restaurant and spa, request butler service for any of your needs.

We stayed in a very big room on the 16th floor with great views of the city. Both the living room and bedroom had flat screen TVs, and there is an option of connected rooms for big groups, families etc. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. There are two excellent Thai and Indian restaurants in the hotel, and we enjoyed a hearty dinner at the Thai restaurant. I personally love the glass elevators in the lobby, and it is a thrilling ride to the top floors.

The 4-star Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is ideally located at the end of the creek between Abu Dhabi Gate City and Bain Al Jessrain in Al Maqta area.

The best mattress and pillow I have ever slept on in the hotel. Great breakfast, pool with lukewarm water.. What else should anybody dream of during a short stay in January ?? I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything... We had an amazing stay at Andaz hotel. The hotel is so beautiful and the building itself is an attraction. The check in process was super smooth and quick. The room was beautiful and spacious, loved the view from the bathtub 😍 Food is great, from breakfast to lunch options. The staff is attentive, caring, and so kind. Literally every single one of them, special shoutout to Snowhite for looking after us during breakfast. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, and will surely be back whenever in Abu Dhabi.
