Location is perfect. İt is beside the uçhisar castle. When you are having your breakfast you can enjoy the castles view. Breakfast is good. We visited at the time of snowing and worry about the hotel is cold. But it was too hot. We stayed family room. İt was comfortable, cozy and hot. Employees are very kind and helpfull. This is such an amazing place, we stayed for 6 nights and I hope we will come back one day. The staff is amazing, I have never experienced such quality of service - nothing was a problem and everyone was so kind and attentive. We booked.the baloon flight with them and had a great experience. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They are nor new, but it adds to the charm. The spa bath was a nice add-on. We also got little treats (nuts, fruits, cake) every day, which was so nice. But the best were the breathtaking views over the valley and the castle, you can see baloons and sun rising every morning from the balcony - unforgettable experience.. We ordered local wine and some snacks on several evenings, everhthing was great and very reasonably priced. The breakfast is insane, with delicious eggs made to order. Beautiful garden and cute cats ;) It was unfortunately too cold to use the pool during our stay, but on the last day the weather changed and we saw the staff cleaning the pools in the morning. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to rhe castle, and maybe 10-15 walk to the start of Love and Pigeon Valleys. We liked Uchisar a lot, we found it much prettier and quieter than Göreme.

From the time of the check in I noticed the attention of the employees to cover all our needs, starting from the concierge guys then the receptionists especially Mr. Resul and Mr. Burak and after that the housekeepers who puts plenty of towels to be used in the balcony and for the jacuzzi, everything was available and didn’t have to request essentials such as the shower cap, loofa, etc. I noticed that they care about all their guests and treating each family as a precious and important guest, this level of service I used to see it in a 5-star hotels in Europe, the employees in all their divisions including the restaurant in the terrace were welcoming the guests every time they pass by the terrace. The atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing. The hotels was superb and one of the best hotels in Cappadocia. Don’t miss the balloon’s trip, it worth the experience, you can find several tourism offices so close and walking distance from the hotel, check the differences between them before you decide which one to go for. Also, there is a green tour and red tour for sightseeing, be careful in these tours, there is a lunch break included in the price of the tour, not all the companies offer soft drinks , even the water they might charge you, so check with the office or the hotel first then with the tour guide before making your order to be in the safe side.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and made all the necessary bookings for any events/activities I was interested in. The room was beautiful and maintained the essence of history. The views of the valley and the town whilst having the amazing breakfast on the terrace were beautiful.
