We had the pool villa. What a gorgeous place to stay. Right beside the fabulous beach. Short walk to the village with lots of restaurants, massages, chemist, supermarket. Can get a bike from the hotel to use too. Staff were lovely. Place was really clean. Had our own pool and garden. Was an amazing way to finish our month long holiday in beautiful Thailand.

Easy to reach hotel by taxi from Phuket airport! Paid taxi only 100baht! Check in was pretty quick. Room is very spacious, and clean. Bed mattress was comfy! Room has everything you need ! Hotel location is good! Just need to walk 8-10min to reach the beach (Naiyang Beach). The staff was really good! They made me good morning breakfast! I spent only 1night here, but I felt at home :)

My family had landed in Phuket with no accommodation sorted. Had messaged Perennial if possible for an airport pickup and they were very accommodating for last minute arrangements. The communication was excellent! The room, food, pool and service were amazing! Couldn't fault anything. Because my family arrived late in the evening, they took our food order even though restaurant had just closed. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Excellent service across all hotel facilities, speed of service quality of food and presentations was outstanding. We stayed at the pool villa which had a complete privacy and we enjoyed a peaceful relaxing stay. The outdoor massage is highly recommended, the Thai restaurant was delicious and they have kids menu, which was a plus. Overall, outstanding hotel with gorgeous beach and facilities.

We stayed at the resort over the Songkran period to avoid the noise of the city. Breakfast was nice and pleasant, we absolutely loved one of the Adults' pool. Our Suite was lovely as well, uniquely and tastefully designed, full of well thought small details everywhere, and certainly not one of those usual resorts. We absolutely loved the entire ambience of the resort, especially the lobby area with a very colorful and bright lobby shop. Great access to the public beach and we loved our daily morning walks and short trips.

Some areas were gorgeous but it felt like two hotels one 5 star o d 3 star. Our room for the price was basic but others are gorgeous. The adult pools are lovely but kids pool cheesey and loud.

It is like a small luxury hotel a real hidden gem. We booked for a night, added another and another and another night. It is opposite the slate 5 star hotel we stayed in and much better and really reasonable. Lovely clean rooms, amazing breakfast and pool is a good size and you can use the in house laundry service cheaply. It’s a hidden gem and the family are the sweetest people.

A fantastic retreat that combines industrial design with lush greenery for a unique atmosphere at the hotel. It's well-organized and clean, with a friendly atmosphere where the staff seem to be proud of their workplace. The breakfast was generous and one of the best we've had. The gym was stylish and well-maintained. We will gladly come back!
