The location to the airport (walking distance) is really a premium when you have an early flight. We stayed in room 1382, which is fully adjusted for my friend, who sits in a wheelchair. He was very impressed with all the facilities, the size and the cleanliness of the room. We would surely stay again at this Novotel.

We stayed there one night - a couple with three children. We arrived late at night in Bangkok from the flight. The apartment is really big, spacious, clean. The hotel garden is very beautiful. The reception was very nice, the hotel driver drove us to 7/11 at night to buy food for the children. Excellent breakfast. In the morning we walked around, the area is quiet. It was really lovely, we would love to stay there again

This was everything and more! Staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I experienced in all of Thailand. The BTS train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
