We took the shuttle from Krabi Airport which was very convient. The Glur Hostel is a little paradise. It is full with plants and bushes and you feel like you are within nature. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were a bit confused by people writing in the reviews that the hostel is "outside of the center". There is not really a center. It's a long street down to the beach so basically all of Ao Nang is "the center". And it is really NOT far to walk, maybe 20 minutes down to the beach. You can always take a TukTuk. You will be very grateful that it is a "bit outside" when you walk down the street at nighttime. It is really loud because of people partying and so on, which you don't notice at all at Glur. It is quiet and nature-based. If you are more into partying, I'd maybe suggest a place on the main road. For VEGANS travelling: There is a vegan place like 5 minutes away from the hostel!!! It saved our life during our trip as there are not many vegan options.

Huge room, nice staff, lovely view from the balcony, big bathroom, pool clean with an amazing view, great location, such good value for money I can’t believe house cheap it was! We will visit again next time we’re in Krabi. They also have free tea and coffee, free sweets, and free toast in reception for you☺️
