Great hotel and super location

recently had the pleasure of staying at the ritz carlton hotel, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had.entrance From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and elegance. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible warmth and politeness of the staff. Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. ( mowahab , Omar , mona ) Each day brought new surprises that left me in awe. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to send me thoughtful gifts and messages, creating an environment of care and positivity that I had never experienced before. Whether it was a platter of fresh fruits or a bouquet of fragrant flowers, these gestures turned my stay into a dreamlike experience. Waking up to a personalized message and a small gift on my bedside table became a cherished routine. The attention to detail and the genuine thoughtfulness behind each gesture truly made me feel like a valued guest. Our Reviews for the Faisaliah Hotel: We stayed in this amazing hotel in Riyadh. It was a beautiful hotel, i’ve never seen the most helpful and friendly service in all the hotels i’ve been to. There was a very delighted staff who helped us during our stay. His name is Mr Khaled who’s sits by the reception desk. He was very helpful as he supported us in getting one large suite instead as we booked 2 one bed suites. That was very helpful.

The place is very good, clean, spacious and the staff is friendly willing to help at all times.

It was better than expected. Rooms are dated, but clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is okay, not something exceptional, but good enough.
