Staff were extremely helpful - we received an upgraded room and late check out. This gave us a lot of space as well as additional comfort. Bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom spotless. Kitchen facilities were good and we loved that we had water available to refill our drinks bottles Breakfast offered a great variety and staff were extremely helpful.

the reservation team were exceptional. They arrange transfers from and to the airport and despite a large delay they still waited for me. As a lady traveling alone this is a great relief. Beautiful hotel in the best area of Manila. Staff is really amazing, well trained and helpful. The room is big, and the view was stunning. Breakfast was not included in the room fare. It was a little bit expensive, but the options are almost endless, so it worth the money.
