Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very unusual and stylish hotel room...quirky design, spacious, very very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location less than 5 minutes walk from the centre . I left some photos in the room and they emailed me within a very short time arranging to return them to me.

I booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bed apartment with an INCREDIBLE view! The apartment had a lovely loving room with a gas fire, fully equipped kitchen with everything I needed, generous bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The highlight was the floor to ceiling windows with the fabulous view over the lake and mountains, waking up to that every morning was amazing. Tha apartment is a short 10 minute stroll into town so it is very well located. The staff were really lovely, the apartment immaculate and there is also a gym and hot tub for residents to use. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and will be back for sure if I ever get the chance to visit beautiful Queenstown again. Thanks so much for a great stay and for the upgrade, it made my trip ❤️

We got upgraded to the lakeview side. The view there is absolutely breathtaking! We really didn’t want to leave our balcony ever. It was a really great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool & gym were nice and the food was good. Can definitely recommend it!
