Big comfortable room. Front desk were very efficient and emailed us when the room was available 4 hours before check in time. Allowed to use the pool whilst waiting.

Puvan and his staff at the reception were truly great. Very patient and polite even when I had similar questions each time when I had issues with my eSIM. They also helped with booking GRABS to places. Masood from the buffet bar and the door staff were also fantastic.
