The hotel faces Union Garden, and each room has a stylish name. The facilities are new and comfortable. There are also L'Occitane amenities. Unión Garden has live music until midnight, and while other hotels have complained of excessive noise, there was very little noise at this hotel (that's why we had very effective earplugs). Breakfast was served at the upscale restaurant next door and was very delicious with coffee, fruit, bread, and a main dish. Although the price is a little high, it is strongly recommended.

In a quiet area but only 10-15 minutes to centro. It was really lovely and the staff were so hospitable allowing us to have our room at 9am even though our check in wasn’t for another 6 hours. The bedroom was a delight and overall decor was amazing

This restored 18th-century house is located in Guanajuato’s old town, just 3 minutes’ walk from the Alhóndiga de Granaditas Museum. It offers its own art gallery and free WiFi in public areas.

We loved this hotel. It's a beautiful building with great interior design. It's a bit like a maze so it's easy to get a little lost, but we didn't mind because it was so lovely to walk around in. On one floor there is a giant tree that grows in the hotel, and out through the roof. So cool! And we loved brining a drink up to the rooftop terrace which had lovely views. Our room was also great. Comfortable beds and it was large. We upgraded to a suite so it had two separate bedrooms and a sitting room, which was lovely. Since the town is small you can walk everywhere and the hotel had was situated perfectly for that. Everything was close. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again should I return to Guanajuato.

Incredible central location. Literally in Centro. But not noisy. Had a balcony where we could enjoy a coffee and watch the city go by. Huge room, big beds, lots of space and storage. Rooms cleaned daily, really well. Breakfast included was a buffet. All fresh and delicious. Water fountains on site for fresh filtered drinking water and the wifi is fast.

Central, clean and beautiful apartment in a traditional setting. Olga was an excellent host who checked every day with is making sure that everything was fine. Highly recommend! We were allowed to check out late for our evening bus out of Guanajuato. Many thanks!
