The stay was perfect! Easy to find, we were welcomed by Maia who was truly lovely. The suite was beautiful, spacious, with a kitchen and a balcony. Everything was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. A huge bonus was the pool with sun loungers. The view from the pool is breathtaking. You can also order a breakfast (very generous portions). A special thank you to Maia for being so available and attentive. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Sun Village Apart Hotel is a great place for vacations. We stayed 3 weeks in June. Family of four. We liked personnel a lot. All people who work there are very kind and polite. The cleaning was perfect. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing. The food is very tasty. The pool is clean. No problems with WiFi. No problems with water in the bathroom. The location is wonderful. The hotel is cozy. Quiet. You don’t hear any noise from building constructions nearby. 5 minutes to Portonovi, 2 minutes to Denovici beach. Thanks a lot for everything.

Beautiful and big room with a balcony with a view of the river and the old town. The bathroom was modern. Good breakfast. Short walk to the old town, and restaurants. A mall is on the other side of the street of the hotel.

Loved our 5 night stay in this lovely modern apartment, located right in the heart of The Old Town. Spacious,clean, comfy bed, washing machine and the well equipped kitchen had everything you could wish for. Andrija, the host was there waiting to greet us and was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was perfect for us. The view of our apartment and the pool was amazing🤩When we arrived in the house it was so clean. We really enjoyed it every single day. Also we were able to walk to Kotor Old Town, markets and Kotor bus station. Peter was always so kind to us and he provided everything we needed☺️He was really helpful. We will definitely come back again for one more time and this place will always be my suggestion to everyone.

Exquisite ancient buildings with all of you’ve imagine in modern house. Beautiful private beach, small garden for breakfast, fCats are also come to visit 🤍 Anything you want could be discussed:one day we asked for sandwiches at night: host immediately found bread, Nutella, cheese, something else so we could sleep not hungry. Hosts are friendly, and we understood that it’s not just a hotel, they really are rooting for what they are doing!
