We absolutely loved our stay at this Riad in the heart of the medina. We arrived in our car and Hamid was so efficient and came running out to help us with our luggage and take us to the Riad. I’m not sure we would have found it without him! The Riad itself is charming and full of character, everything you would expect! It is right in the heart of the medina in one of the alleyways so you step out of the front door into the hustle and bustle of Moroccan life. We ate at the Riad the first night and the food was absolutely delicious and huge! On our departure Hamid once again arranged for someone to help us with our luggage back to the car and came with us to say goodbye. He was so helpful during our stay with recommendations and advice. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The location, and the overall layout of the hotel. It is a very unique property and very well taken care of. The room we stayed in (Lalla Amira) was spacious and very prettily decorated. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and service oriented.

The breakfast was really comprehensive and tasty, and there was plenty of it. The staff were so helpful, helped with everything and made sure I was okay. They showed me the way to an excellent restaurant, made me a late night coffee which I enjoyed on the cozy roof terrace. They walked me to a taxi so I wouldn't get lost and I also got a little gift from them. Thank you for everything, I really enjoyed there.

I stayed for two nights, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The breakfast was magical and so unique, felt amazing and not like a guest but a friend and king :-) tee and everything you can wish for at a breakfast, and even more. Really nice and you can eat just when you get up no stress no rush just holiday.     This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The furnishings are of the highest quality and the interior design is flawless. We took a one bed villa with private pool for 3 nights. Unfortunately the pool was cloudy, but the hotel upgraded us to the royal villa which more than compensated for the inconvenience. The staff were understanding and enabled us to stay somewhere we could never have afforded! The Royal Villa is vast and beautifully appointed. The pool is ice cold and very refreshing on a hot day. We lushed in luxury!
