Excellent hotel in the heart of Colombo. Everything is very clean, the room is spacious, the staff is also amazing and very helpful... Everyone at the hotel is there for you. The swimming pool and jacuzzi although a bit small they are both amazing and very beautiful! The food is also very tasteful and overall the hotel is extremely clean! Highly recommended

Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.

We were particularly amazed by the extra services we received without surcharge (we slept in the executive room), high noon tea and happy hour cocktails. The room is outstanding, the food is excellent and the swimming pool exactly like it looks on the pictures.
