Our second visit to Niyagama house and it was just as perfect as the first time. Elke and her team provide a brilliant service, we were so well looked after with a lovely room, great food, brilliant yoga classes and big pool. Gorgeous setting and possible to walk a 5k circuit from house which we did every day. It’s 15 mins from Galle fort in a car.

Boasting beautiful views of the Indian Ocean, the hilltop Jetwing Lighthouse, A Luxury Reserve is 2 km from Galle’s centre.

The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff stood out! They were wonderful and a shoutout to Umesha at the Cardemom Café for making us feel at home. The premises were clean and the room was exceptional with a breathtaking view from the spa wing.

Everything except for the few negative aspects I described but those are not so important. The room was big enough and the bathroom was oversized. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The beach is beautiful and not crowded as Unawatuna Beach. I liked the location, you can find a bus stand, and tuk-tuks are very easy.

Had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Era Beach Hotel with my family. Great place to relax overlooking the gorgeous sea view. Situated in a convenient location & serene environment. We stayed in suite with sea view and loved the beautiful view from the balcony. Rooms were spacious and well cleaned. Hotel staff were very friendly & attentive. Beautiful hotel accross a picturesque beach. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. The staff are super lovely and attentive. The food is beyond delicious. Was able to try traditional Sri Lankan cuisine. Overall the best hotel in Sri Lanka. Totally recommended. I would rate it 20/10.
