Excellent room, great location and great staff all across the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities in the hotel were great. We loved dining at Pierre and the drinks at Adee. Front desk people were so helpful. Planning to stay there again when I'm back in Osaka.

Modern hotel located 10min walk from Namba Metro (Midosuji Line to Shin-Osaka JR, 15mins). Great access to Dotonbori and the Osaka nightlife/markets. Staff very efficient, professional and polite. Bedroom and bathroom well furnished, very clean and spacious. Very good buffet breakfast with large selection. Room included lounge access option, nice for pre evening aperitif.

Staff is very helpful. The bathroom is exceptionally good. The room is spacious. The Japanese restaurant provides yummy food. The neighbourhood is clean and pleasant. Our family is very satisfied with this hotel and we definitely will book it again next time when we visit Osaka.
