Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Wonderful accommodation in a historic building in the centre of Siena. Everything perfect, food of the highest standard. Staff excellent and always helpful. The Starshotels hotel chain is absolutely amazing.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.

Amazing place! Such a beautiful building and the location is perfect for exploring Siena. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is impressive and everything is very clean. We also found the bed extremely comfortable! Highly recommended!

The staff were so incredibly approachable, fun and hospitable. A big shout out to Hatem at the front desk for being so helpful during our stay too. The spa facilities were great and even though it was very stormy and rainy, it actually made the experience better as we were able to be in the pool in the rain watching the sky and then dip into the sauna ❤️ Reasonably easy to get to from Siena train station by taxi. Dinner was nice, the antipasti being the best! 🧀

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful , nothing was too much trouble. The dining room was lovely, with a good selection of food to choose from. The room and en suite bathroom was clean and comfortable with lovely soft fluffy towels. Highly recommend this accommodation
