From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.

Hotel Alexander Museum Palace is right on the seaside in Pesaro. A great piece of contemporary architecture, it was designed by Arnaldo and Giò Pomodoro, Mimmo Paladino, Chia and others.

The property was clean, well-maintained and an exceptionally high standard. The restaurant is a must! Food and service were excellent. A wide range of selections for all tastes, but was great to be advised about local specialties and regional options. The hosts and staff were fantastic.

Wonderful place, although a bit pricy it was worth every eur. We enjoyed the pool, the historical building, hospitality of the staff, and surrounding view. Just a perfect stay for a couple. Thank you!

First reaction was 'Great - parking immediately in front of the hotel!' Then, the experience was systematically enhanced by the staff friendliness and helpfulness, the room and facilities, the city of Fano and the restaurant chosen for us by the hotel. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely hotel with a warm welcome! We have had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great spot - close to everything but far enough away that it's really quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room and balcony very nice and kept really clean. We've had a lovely time and would definitely return.

It was just great. This is a brand new hotel with nice and very comfy rooms, delicious breakfast and very nice and professional staff. Location was also excellent just 1 kilometer away from the highway. I will definitely be back.
