The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right on the main street to explore Palermo’s highlights and experience the city’s everyday life. It’s also situated at the beginning of the street where it’s still quiet, so you’re not right in the middle of the noisier areas—making it perfect. As for parking, which can be tricky in many parts of Sicily, thanks to NH it was particularly easy: a parking lot just five minutes’ walk from the hotel, straight ahead with no slopes. The staff always welcomed us warmly; at check-in they were especially kind. The hotel facilities are excellent, since it has been recently renovated. In general, I don’t usually like staying in large hotel chains and prefer boutique hotels, but I must say my stay at NH was surprisingly good. Breakfast was great, and the service, recommendations, and conveniences made for a perfect stay.

A very stylish, well equipped apartment in a perfect central location for our family of 5 to explore Palermo. Silvia was a wonderful host, extremely attentive and helpful for whom nothing was too much trouble, it was like having a private concierge. We had a wonderful time exploring this extraordinary city over our 2 day stay but what really made it was having this base to pop back to and freshen up, before heading out again. We would stay there again without hesitation.

I like everything. we were received by the owner, who gave us loads of tips where to visit and a history lesson. I loved it! The room we had was Bianca, the one in the photo with the pool in the terrace. this room is stunning, clean and very comfortable. King size bed, nice tv, heating / AC, mini fridge. the bathroom is absolutely lovely, specious and I loved the shower!!! the terrace with a view to Palazzo Steri and the pool it’s an attraction. We had breakfast included and it was delicious! The girls at the reception were amazing to us, always friendly, always smiling and always ready to help. The communication between Khalisah and us prior to our arrival was also great, they provided all information we need to get there from the airport, then from the bus stop, even sent us a map. The location is perfect. close to every main attraction in Palermo, but nice and quiet in the night, providing a very good night sleep. I believe this is the best hotel to stay in Palermo.
