We had an amazing stay at Palazzo di Valli. The hotel has spectacular views over the outskirts of Siena and a beautiful garden to enjoy them from. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable, all facilities included. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, and our hosts were so very welcoming.

Really top notch hotel in the heart of Siena. The sort of place a traveller like me can only imagine staying at in peak season but in December was affordable. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Felt luxurious.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.
