Room was very very clean. Bed was big and very comfortable. Small Fridge and climatisation were available in the room. We were welcomed with some fresh lemon drink and sweets. Our hosts had a huge sense of hospitality and we really appreciated this stay after Syracuse visit. Parking was available in the property. Very nice garden. Fabulous breakfast with handmade food and delicious juice.

It was our first time in Modica, and we chose the hotel based on photos and location — and it was a lucky pick right away! The location is very convenient, right in the center, with cafes, beautiful streets, and sights all nearby. The interior impressed me — antique furniture like I’ve never seen before. It’s really beautiful and unique, with a special atmosphere. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back here!
