The location with view over the main city along with waking distance to charming Fiesole with its restaurants, museum and view points. Very helpful staff along with a comfortable room and bed. The shuttle service were much appreciated to downtown and then relax at the pool in the afternoon.

The location is perfect for walking all the must see sites in Florence. It's near restaurants, supermarket en next to Piazza Michelango (the hill). Hotel was beautiful, staff super kind and we got so many free things (happy hour, 3 free drinks a day to take with you, gift at checkout). Breakfast is amazing too, and I always make sure to stay at Booking.com 9+ rated places. And all this for a very affordable price. If you are staying in Florence, you'd be crazy not to stay here if you happen to be able to book it. 10 out of 10.
