The hotel surpassed our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere. The Michelin star restaurant was a standout—breakfast was outstanding, the snacks were delightful, and the cocktails were top-notch. I highly recommend trying the club sandwich and cheesecake. The staff were exceptional—professional, kind, and welcoming. A special thanks goes to Nicola, who assisted us throughout our three-day stay. His warm attitude and clear passion for his work made every interaction a pleasure. We fell in love with the hotel, its so nice, stylish and comfy. It made our stay in Florence even more memorable. The breakfast was excellent! The location is great if you dont want to be in the middle of the center but still be able to walk to the centre. Parking was also huge bonus!
