The hotel was right by the lake, with access to walk beside the water. There were pretty gardens to sit in too. The room was nicely furnished with a great bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located on the lakeside promenade and has a splendid view of the magnificent surrounding alpine and lake scenery.

Arriving in nothing short of a monsoon - the staff were superb in getting us into the hotel with all our luggage and then taking our car to park in their garage. They happily provided us with a lovely meal in our room. Breakfast was excellent - room was lovely with a view right across the lake. Just could not have asked for a nicer stay and will hopefully return

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect: near ferry, and the funicular. Its great to spend more time and have time for the pool relaxing and also to visit funicular. The breakfast was good. Staff is really helpful and friendly. There is elevator, car parking and everything needed to have great time in the hotel. Clear and comfortable rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ancora. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
