Ahemad who checked us in, was absolutely a delight, took care of every request without hesitation, went out of his way to ensure we had an absolutely wonderful time.......A beautiful boutique hotel...very charming...excellent location. Parking was easily available. Beautiful rooms with outstanding art...spacious and clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful as are all the outdoor areas. This hotel was nothing less than a work of art...the carpet in my room alone belonged in a museum. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, in a neighbourhood that is no less. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were quiet and clean, the courtyard serene, the AC worked like a charm, and the surrounding area was chock full of fantastic eateries.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

We loved staying in this historic Hotel. Its beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast (which we paid for separately) was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and helpful and parking is free. The panoramic 360 view of Jerusalem from the tower is incredible - not to be missed! Would definitely stay again.

Feels like a family run hotel rather then a hotel chain. Excelent location next to the city center and the tram. Complemetry diary refreshment with wine, salads, soup and more. Nice breakfast. Very plesent hotel staff. We came with a dog and the hotel was very accomodating and provided bed for the dog.
