what a wonderful stay! We arrived after a long and tiresome day, and were warmly greeted by Helen from reception, who made us feel so welcome. Other members of staff were also welcoming, warm and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The public spaces are beautiful and comfortable. I had a minor health issue to see to, and can't be thankful enough to Helen, who took great concern and has done her best to help me. Many thanks! Highly recommended in every respect.

This is a 4 star hotel that is managed and maintained better than many 5 star hotels, we have stayed at. Great value, exceptional service and well trained and natural serving staff. Lovely hotel with amazing facilities. Large, spacious room with views over the garden. Library was so calm and relaxing. Lots of little nooks and crannies to just sit and relax plus a lovely back patio to sit and listen to the birds.
