Excellent, friendly hotel in the center of Kilkenny. Perfect location! Quiet and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, wonderful cocktails, and lovely wine selection with a lovely evening dinner The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. This is our go-to place in Kilkenny city for efficient, friendly service and a comfortable stay!

Great hotel lovely room friendly staff.

Delighted we chose this Hotel, on arrival we were welcomed by a very nice guy at reception named Shane who always asked how our days went, in fact all reception and the rest of the staff were lovely and always had time to talk to you, the room was well laid out and had plenty of storage space with tea and coffee and a fresh bottle of water every day, there is a hair dryer and if you need an iron you just ask at reception, the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower with no shortage of hot water and toiletries were provided, both rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious and a great breakfast served to order which set you up for the day, even though it’s a small boutique Hotel it has a lift which was handy and never any waiting for it, and once you walk outside you are in the centre of Kilkenny, lots of shops pups and restaurants within walking distance, and a very short walk to the Castle (a must see) . An extra bonus is they have their own car park to the back of the hotel which is safe and secure, entering and leaving is operated by a security barrier, all in all we had a fabulous time here and will definitely 💯 be back, Thank you Zuni

The service provided was impeccable - from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our celebration was perfect. Their attitude was not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and respectfulness displayed by the entire team. The venue was immaculately clean, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Every member of the staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout the evening, adding to the overall enjoyment of the celebration. I cannot thank the team at Lord Bagenal Inn enough for their outstanding service and hospitality. It truly made my birthday celebration a memorable and enjoyable occasion. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for top-notch service, a friendly atmosphere, and an overall fantastic experience.
