Upon arrival the staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in was very quick which was great as it was getting late and my youngest needed to sleep asap. The room was lovely and cosy and the clean. The bathroom was spotless. There was a small surprise welcome pack for my youngest admins they had left some free pastries for us too. It was so reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back.

The customer experience in this hotel is incredible ! Check-in was very smooth, luggage were brought to our rooms. The staff is very friendly ans helpful with any requests. The late room service we required was amazing as well ! I will definitely be back ! :) I also enjoyed a lot the turndown service !

Excellent value for money. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Dublin city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

It was really amazing stay, comfortable beds, super friendly stuff, only like 10-15min walk to the centre, which was really no problem at all, you see the not so busy side of Dublin which was really nice, and only 15min to the airport. We were travelling with our 10 months old son, and they made our stay very comfortable, the rooms were also very clean (our son is crawling and exploring every surface and corner, so we noticed that of course). There isn’t a single thing to complain. Would stay there very time we are in Dublin. Maybe a swimming pool would make the experience even better, but there’s a bathtub 😊 Oh and the food and drinks in the hotel bar are very good!
