The hotel is beautifully garnished, with real good taste in the combination of vegetation and lighting, creating a magical setup above all at night time, but what was truly outstanding was the attention of the personnel working there: sincerely kind and supportive at all times. The room was glorious, spacious and the exterior shower is a big yeah. They also took care of insects on a daily basis by spraying the rooms and common areas before dusk, we got no mosquito bites in one week during the humid month of October. The evening happy 2 hours was class, the restaurants and dinner offers were of high quality and variety. Finally, the excursions offered by the hotel were well organized, showed a not-so-touristy side of the island and had very good local guides. A fantastic week.

The property was incredible! It exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. The pool was super clean and chlorine free, the house very well equipped and the service was great.

Svarga is as beautiful (if not more beautiful) in person than it is in pictures. I got the Mountain View room and managed to catch glimpses of the sunset over Mount Agung a few nights. Incredible views and service all around. The room was very comfy and cozy and I slept really well throughout my 4D3N stay. The staff at Svarga were incredibly attentive and hospitable and attended to all of my asks and queries - they also helped arrange a motorbike booking for me upon request. Breakfast at their in-house restaurant was really good too. I see alot of negative reviews about the water pressure/temperature or bugs being in the facilities but I didn't have that experience. There was a few bugs/ small lizards here and there esp in the bathroom but I think that's normal considering that the shower is in open air and below trees, as the resort is located right in the middle of palm trees and forestry. I really appreciate the maintenance of the resort, considering that it's 10 years old. It looks clean, bright and well taken care of and I would definitely come back to stay at Svarga if I come to Lombok again.

Fantastic staff who were very lovely and helpful, rented bikes from the staff, daily cleans, pool was amazing in the heat, two toilets, great AC upstairs!
