Absolutely fabulous place. The room with balcony was our room and it is literally in front of the port. you can watch the mega yachts and small cruise ships pull in and out, and wake up to the old church bells ringing from the old town every morning. Parking is a nightmare even though you can reserve a parking space for your car. the street in front of the apartments is extremely busy. Lots and lots of cafes and bakery's to grab food, even though we opted to eat on the waterfront across the bridge. The room is extremely comfortable, clean and the internet is fast. Maria our host was also able to book a day on the water for us as well, and the ship was literally right across the street. Literally.

Set in a beautiful 400-year old stone manor, Domus Maritima is only a few steps from the sea and a 3-minute walk from the centre of Trogir, a UNESCO Heritage Site.

The host Jan was excellent. He was very welcoming and engaging. He helped us with our luggage on the way to the bus station. Our room overlies the bell tower and was very comfortable.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Wine Apartments and our host could not have been more helpful. The apartments are beautifully styled and appointed. It was wonderful to stay within the palace walls and to be so close to all the sights of Split.
