Excellent! Travelled to Dubrovnik in December with a colleague for business reasons. Booked two standard single rooms and a parking place. The hotel was easy to reach. At the front desk, the check in went smoothly and we were kindly offered upgraded rooms with a sea view, free of charge. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fair breakfast with different freshly made food. Excellent value for money. The car was in garage. The staff is very warm, communicative and ready to assist. Strongly recommended.

I would like to leave a review about our superfine stay in Pervanovo Apartments. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have been amazed by such a first-class quality of the service provided. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik, and I have to say that according to all criteria — location (proximity to two beaches 6-7 minutes walk), the district itself (calm, but there is activity for everyone), friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room — the hotel gets 10+ out of 10. In our apartments we had EVERYTHING we needed: 2 rooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a bidet + excellent washing machine a kitchen (with a dishwasher and small things like pepper, salt, coffee creamers), as a bonus — a gorgeous terrace with an amazing sea and mountain view, where we could enjoy watching big ships. On the terrace there were chairs, umbrellas, a table — everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to thank the hotel managers who were in touch with us for every request we had, organized a round-trip transfer, met us on the day of our check-in and explained everything in detail :) Of course the sea is worth a special mention! The sea was clean, comfortable temperature and calm. The nearest beaches are not overcrowded, and that was an important point for us. It’s so good that in September we were lucky not only with the vacation, but also with this hotel :) We hope that we will be able to come here more than once!

The hotel was just fantastic, we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. The building is very beautiful and the rooms were really nicely furnished in a way that it complimented the older style of the hotel. Pool area was nice and quiet. For a Finn, the sauna was just an absolute enjoyment. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was amazing. Even though there was a big construction work going on just outside the hotel, we could not hear it. We liked the location of the hotel; it was a walking distance away from really nice restaurants and Lapland beach and also it only took about half an hour to walk to the old town.

The breakfasts were delicious every morning and we were greeted by friendly wait staff! The room looked out over the public square but it was not too noisy and we were not disturbed at night by loud noise etc. From the hotel, it was a short walk to many attractions. The hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
