It has a great sea view from the balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful for the needs. The parking was easily accessible and cost-free. The breakfast was very good. The rooms have both air conditioning and radiator, so it is also warm during cold season.

We were upgraded to a better suite due to construction in front of the building. The updgraded room has amazing views of the city, mountain and ocean! Very clean and pretty interior!

In terms of the location and view directly on the old Venetian harbor, I think we had the best room in the whole town! The old harbor is not large, and the small hotel/cafe is directly on the main street. AND, much to our delight, our room was the only one directly facing the water. We always ask for "the best view possible," and in this case we definitely got not only the best view as this hotel, but the best view in the town. With a small balcony off our room, we could soak up the scenery and "people watch" while we relaxed and dined. Also, the breakfast was truly exceptional --- a delicious selection of breakfast offerings, served at your table downstairs, with choice of coffees and wonderful wait-staff.

The attention from the staff at the reception was amazing. Very kind and patient and every question answered. The 2 ladies at the reception were one of the highlights of the hotel for me. The room was small but cozy and quiet. For me it was all I needed for a 2 nights stay. The location of the hotel in the city center was perfect and also it wasn't hard at all to find parking. The building has lots of character too.

The recently renovated Galaxy City Center is strategically positioned in Patra. It offers modern rooms with Media Strom mattresses, TFT TVs and free Wi-Fi in all rooms and areas of the hotel.

The room was a great size, plenty of room, it was clean and the balcony with a view across the sea was wonderful. Great addition was the tea and coffee facility in the room, as well as the fridge and safe, plus water dispensers on each floor and bottles in the room to refill. The bathroom was lovely, I think it could have done with a small barrier to stop the water escaping but it was not a problem. The bed was amazingly comfortable too, we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice of hot and cold food, always being replenished with tea and coffee that was really nice. All of the staff we spoke with were very friendly and the whole place was lovely and clean, of course some of the decor in the room was well worn but that is not a problem and doesn't detract from the great stay we had. The hotel itself was approximately 20 minute walk into the centre but it was a lovely walk, there are plenty of shops on the way. Locally are supermarkets and coffee shops. The huge car park opposite the hotel is free, safe and with plenty of space.
