The absolute holiday of dreams! We stayed for one week and wished we could stay forever! Never in my life have I met staff more friendly and accommodating than this hotel. Every single staff member we spoke to was happy to be there and super chatty and kind. Especially George! He was always coming over to us to make sure our stay was as amazing as it could be and was always there to have a chat with. The food was absolutely unreal, I am a picky eater and tried everything and loved it all! So many different options and even the snacks were huge portions. Even the breakfast was amazing for buffet styles. We tried the buffet for dinner once and it was delicious. They had high quality foods for everything, even the tiny details. The cocktails were absolute amazing, especially with an all inclusive you would believe they would water down the drinks but my god, they did not. The pools were amazing, the main pool was heated just slightly above the regular weather temperature so it was lovely, but the other pool was not heated so on the hotter days it was amazing for a quick dunk to cool down. The spa was absolutely unreal, I got the cleopatra body massage and my boyfriend got a shoulder and back massage. I felt like I could fall asleep it was amazing. They also had so many different options to choose from we asked for recommendations and went with those and we were not disappointed. The pool inside the spa was lovely and quiet. Most of the time the pool was empty so was amazing.

Highly recommended! We had an amazing experience at this stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. Every team member we encountered—from the friendly front desk clerk to the thoughtful restaurant staff—was genuinely kind and committed to excellent service. You can truly feel that the team works in sync and cares about the guests' experience. One small example that says it all: during breakfast one morning, I asked if there were any cold cuts that weren’t pork. The staff said no, which was perfectly fine. But the next day, the chef recognized me, smiled, and surprised me with a special package of non-pork cold cuts he had prepared just for me. That level of attention and memory was so thoughtful and appreciated. The restaurant overall is a real culinary gem – not just “great for a hotel,” but genuinely outstanding by any standard. We highly recommend choosing the half-board option – dinners include a five-course meal (starter, four courses, and dessert), and each evening felt like a fine-dining experience. Absolutely worth every penny. Although the hotel was fully booked, it remained quiet and peaceful throughout the day. We hardly saw other guests except during meals, which made the whole atmosphere even more relaxing. The beach is beautiful, clean, and private – it’s just across a small road, and the walk takes less than two minutes. The beach is fully serviced by the hotel with comfortable loungers and great facilities. Our first room had a private pool and partial sea view, but it was close to the road, so we could hear some traffic noise. We mentioned it politely, and the staff explained the hotel was full – which we completely understood. To our surprise, the very next day (after our second night), without us bringing it up again, the hotel manager approached us and offered an upgrade to a higher-floor, quieter room along with a complimentary bottle of wine.

really nice location, private pool, cute little beach, awesome breakfast/lunch - for us as a family with 2 kids it was a perfect 10 days stay. all service personal was exceptionally friendly and helpful. would/will visit again.

The staff are incredible here. Very accommodating and always there to help. The food at both restaurants was 5 star and the private beach with table service is the cherry on top. I never review hotels but this one warranted a review as it was the best hotel we have stayed in.
