Wonderful homely feel in brilliant location close to everything. Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.

The staff here are exceptional! So helpful and friendly and thoughtful. They made this hotel our favourite place to stay out of 3 weeks of travelling. The hotel itself is a welcome change too - it’s not a modern corporate hotel, it’s an interesting and individual home with its own story.

Set close to Narikala Fortress which was established in 4th century, this hotel in Tbilisi is just 5 minutes’ walk from the fortress. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV.

The hotel is situated in a great location. There are many Georgian cuisine restaurants nearby with excellent reviews. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of vegetables.

Situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the Tbilissi State University and the bus station from where you can take a bus (every 3-5 min) to the city center (10 min. distance). The room was very clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The kids loved the sauna of the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and open till 11 o clock. Many good restaurants nearby, in a walking distance and a minimarket just in 2 min.

We chose this hotel again because we were very pleased with our previous visit. The location is amazing, walking distance to historical places. Located on Rustaveli Street, close to many shops, Hop-on Hop-off, local restaurants and cafes. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had a view of Rustaveli. Breakfast was delicious. In addition to the open buffet, our requests were also prepared quickly. (Sunny- side-up egg etc) The service staff were friendly and fast. The team at the reception was friendly and very helpful. (Especial thanks to Inna, David and Maria.) When we come to Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
