This was actually a better room (Penkridge) and at a lower cost than the 'superior' room (Western) we booked (at the Lion) the previous two nights. It was bigger without any large furnature to get in the way. Also, only one floor up so easier to get to in this listed building.

The location is great, 10min walk from the city center, 15min walt to Central railway Station , 20min to Moor street. You have grocery store next to the hotel a lot of restaurants and bars. Sound proof windows.New renovated rooms.Also there is a lot of things that the hotel can provide for you like lip balm , shaving kit, other cosmetics and small accessories and compliment like fruit and lemon water in the lobby. Our room was on the 8th floor , renovated and clean.
