The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, with very easy access to key places such as London Bridge train station, Borough Market and a beautiful short walk to the South Bank area of the River Thames. The room assigned to me during my stay was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that my bathroom had a shower and a bathtub option. The staff were very friendly upon checkin, and made the effort to ensure I got a slightly earlier checkin. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

It’s our 5th time in London and the 2nd time at this hotel. This time our son joined us for a soccer game. The hotel is perfectly located, highly designed, very nice and large rooms, but on top of all is the service. The team is very attentive, high level of hospitality, very professional concierge team, and can’t finish this review without mentioning the exceptional service from Ayman, who was one of the breakfast staff. From the very first day, he welcomed us with a warm smile, and we were shocked he remembered us from our last visit (2 years ago!). In the following days, he remembered our preferences, anticipating our needs before we even asked. His personal touch, kindness, and professionalism made every breakfast a real pleasure. Ayman truly adds to the welcoming atmosphere and high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Ayman – you made a difference!

Everything was excellent especially the ladies at the reception. The check in process was smooth, they even have a champagne welcome drink. The room size is perfect as well as the bathroom. The best part of course is the location if you want to be near all the shopping areas.
