This is my second stay at the Townhouse Hotel, and it once again exceeded expectations. Whether they were serving us a delicious full English or continental breakfast, expertly organizing our stay at reception, or patiently waiting for our late 2 am arrival, their genuine care and helpfulness were outstanding. I loved the location and the fact that you can check out late for an extra charge per hour. Most hotels don't do that. It was a great option especially if you have kids and a later flight.

The Alan suite was so beautiful, staff were friendly and attentive, even going beyond to ensure I had my laundry returned the same day after I missed drop off time. The absolute most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and amazing location.
